Dr. Monica Jain is a primary care physician with 19 years of experience in internal medicine. She practiced primary care with Fairfield Medical Group & Westport Family Health, before establishing Live Lite Internal Medicine in Fairfield & Trumbull. 

Dr. Jain is well experienced in providing care for chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, copd, osteoporosis, anxiety & depression. She also specializes in weight management. She strongly believes in preventative medicine and helps her patients take responsibility for their own health. She has helped several patients work on life style enhancements & weight control thereby reducing the need for medicines. She also provides support to her patients with dietary & behavioral counselling. She spends time carefully listening to the needs of her patients and evaluate personal circumstances & stressors affecting their overall health.

Dr. Jain’s motto is providing compassionate care to her patients without compromise. 

She is a mom with two kids and understands the challenges faced by mothers trying to juggle with their busy schedule. Her office staff is warm and welcoming. The office accepts same day appointments and is accepting new patients.
